Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that the following easement offered the City:

Water Easement WE-825, executed by the City of Milwaukee, a municipal corporation of the State of Wisconsin, and John Ogden, Jr., for a permanent water main easement in West Carmen Avenue extended from 143 feet west of North 111th Street to North 113th Street, in the City of Milwaukee.

is accepted, ordered recorded by the City Real Estate Officer, and thereafter kept on file in the Office of the City Comptroller.
