Whereas, The City contracts annually to provide line and grade for sewer, water, bridge and paving projects; and

Whereas, The cost of this service is included with each project that is approved by the Common Council; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the Commissioner of Public Works and the City Engineer are hereby authorized to enter into a professional services contract to provide line and grade on sewer, water, bridge and paving projects approved for construction.
