Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by adding the following:
On the east side of North Harbor Drive from a point 150 feet north to 150 feet south of East Chicago Street
On the east side of North 107th Street from West Brown Deer Road to a point 700 feet north
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On North 11th Street from West Hadley Street to West Chambers Street from 8:00 PM December 1 of any year to March 1 of the following year on the even number side of the street from 9:00 AM on odd calendar dates to 6:00 AM on even calendar dates and on the odd number side of the street from 9:00 AM on even calendar dates to 6:00 AM on odd calendar dates except Sunday from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM"
"On the east side of North 23rd Street from West Wisconsin Avenue to West Wells Street at any time"
"On the west side of North 16th Street between West Kilbourn Avenue and West State Street"
"On the west side of North 19th Street from West North Avenue to the first east/west alley north thereof at any time"
"On the east side of North 21st Street from a point approximately 300 feet north of West Meinecke Avenue to a point 30 feet further north thereof at any time"
"On the east side of North 26th Street between West Center and West Monroe Streets at any time"
Part 3. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
In the alley bounded by West National Avenue, West Walker Street, South 3rd Street and South 4th Street at anytime
