This resolution directs the Department of City Development to fence the city owned vacant lot at 3416 W. Wells Street.

BODY:

Whereas, City of Milwaukee owns a vacant lot located at 3416 W. Wells St.; and

Whereas, There have been problems with this lot, with respect to loitering on the lot; and

Whereas, To deal with the loitering and for purposes of crime prevention, it is desirable to fence the lot on all sides; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the Department of City Development is directed fence on all sides the city owned vacant lot at 3416 W. Wells St. and to allocate __________ from the CDBG Vacant Lot Maintenance Account, #17-663-02- 08, for such purpose.
