Analysis

This resolution grants approval for a driveway approach that is wider than 30 feet for the premises at 1845 North Water Street.

Body

Whereas, Greenfire Management Services, the applicant, has submitted a permit application, PWDR-24-00101 to construct a driveway approach at 1845 North Water Street in the public right-of-way; and

Whereas, The proposed driveway approach will be 50 feet 9.5 inches wide; and

Whereas, The Department of Public Works, after having reviewed the permit application, has determined that the width of the driveway approach will not be detrimental; and

Whereas, Milwaukee Code of Ordinances Section 115-23 requires that any driveway approach that has a width greater than 30 feet must be approved by the Common Council; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that PWDR-24-00101 is approved.
