Whereas, The preliminary design funding was approved in resolution 231298; and
Whereas, The project is programmed for construction in 2027; and
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that the proposed Reimbursement Agreement for Preliminary Engineering Services is hereby approved, and the appropriate City officers and employees, including the Commissioner of Public Works, are hereby authorized to sign the reimbursement agreement, or one in substantially the same form and substance as submitted, and to undertake such acts as are required of the City thereunder or in furtherance thereof, to effectuate the reimbursement agreement and this resolution.
