Analysis
This resolution authorizes and directs the Commissioner of Public Works to execute a revised project agreement with the WISDOT to include updated design and construction costs for the replacement of the West Mill Road Bridge over Little Menomonee River with Federal and State aid under the Local Bridge Replacement Program. This resolution also directs the City Comptroller to transfer funds and establish project/grant chartfield values for the increased preliminary engineering costs for this project. The total revised estimated construction cost for the project is $805,000, of which the City's share is $197,000. The revised estimated design cost is $231,000, of which the City's share is $46,200. Construction funds will be included in a future Common Council resolution.

Whereas, Common Council Resolution File Number 950846, adopted on October 17, 1995, authorized and directed the Commissioner of Public Works to execute a Project Agreement with WISDOT for the programming and replacement of the West Mill Road Bridge over Little Menomonee River with Federal and State aid under the Local Bridge Replacement Program. This resolution also authorized the City Comptroller to create and fund the necessary project/grants for this activity; and
