Title

Analysis
This ordinance will allow for the construction of a senior housing development.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee (“Common Council”), do ordain as follows:

Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances (“Code”) a new section to read as follows:

Section 295-907(2)(b).0056.

(1) In accordance with the provisions of Section 295-907 of the Code relating to the establishment of planned development districts, the Common Council approves said Detailed Planned Development, a copy of which is attached to this Common Council File as Exhibit A which is on file in the office of the City Clerk and made a part as though fully set forth herein.

(2) The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded and described as follows:

Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Lot 3, said point being on the south right-of-way line of West Donna Drive; thence South 00 deg. 39 min. 59 sec. East along the west line of North 107th Street 298.90 feet to a point; thence South 00 deg. 33 min. 02 sec. East along said west line 174.94 feet to a point; thence South 89 deg. 19 min. 48 sec. West 75.00 feet to a point; thence North 00 deg. 32 min. 42 sec. West 131.34 feet to a point; thence South 89 deg. 19 min. 48 sec. West 79.19 feet to a point; thence South 37 deg. 09 min. 58 sec.
