Substitute resolution determining it necessary to make various nonassessable public improvements at various locations.

ANLS:

-Analysis-

This resolution authorizes engineering studies on projects which by City Charter are nonassessable. After design plans and estimates of costs have been prepared, a resolution authorizing construction will be submitted to the Common Council.

BODY:

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that it is necessary and in the public interest to do the following described improvements according to City specifications:

5th Aldermanic District

N. 88th St. - W. Capitol Dr. to 400 ft. m/l south of W. Fiebrantz Ave. (821-4473-X): Relaying water main.

N. 90th St. - W. Capitol Dr. to 300 ft. m/l south of W. Fiebrantz Ave. (821-4474-5): Relaying water main.

8th and 12th Aldermanic Districts

W. Lapham St. - 100 ft. m/l east of S. 24th St. to S. 25th St. (858-0076-9): Relaying combined sewer.

All Aldermanic Districts

Sanitary Manhole Rehabilitation (858-0150-0): Rehabilitating sanitary manholes.

Further Resolved, That all City Departments are authorized to perform engineering, surveys, plan preparation, and determine an estimated cost thereof.
