Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various
Aldermanic Districts.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements
in various parts of the City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain
as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping or Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the west side of North 79th Street from West Burleigh Street south to the alley at any time"
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the east side of North 31st Street from West Garfield to West North Avenue"
"On the west side of North 20th Street from West Wells street to West Kilbourn Avenue at any time"
"On the west side of North 20th Street from West Kilbourn Avenue to West Highland Avenue at any time"
"On the west side of North 20th Street from the north curb line of West Kilbourn Avenue approximately seventy feet north at any time"
"On the west side of North 20th Street from the north curb line of West Wells Street to a point approximately seventy feet north thereof at any time"
Part 3. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the west side of North 79th Street from West Burleigh Street to a point 40 feet south
On the west side of North 79th Street from a point 80 feet south of West Burleigh Street to a point 40 feet south thereof
On the east side of North 20th Street from West Wells Street to West State Street
On the west side of North 20th Street from West State Street to West Highland Avenue
On the west side of North 51st Street from West Wisconsin Avenue to a point 40 feet south
On the north side of West Stevenson Street from North 74th Street to a point 40 feet east
