Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 1 of ordinance File Number 080522 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:

Under “Health Department”, delete the title “Center for Health Equity (OOO)” and delete one position of “Health Inequities Reduction Coordinator (OOO)” and one position of “Health Information Specialist (OOO)”; amend footnote “(OOO)” to read as follows: “To expire 12/31/09 unless the Milwaukee Intensive Nurse Home Visiting Program is extended”; amend footnote “(PPP)” to read as follows: “To expire 04/31/10 unless the Milwaukee Nurse-Family Partnership Program from the University of Wisconsin-School of Medicine and Public Health is extended”; under “Family and Community Health Service Division, Milwaukee Breast Cancer Awareness Program”, add one position of “Public Health Nurse (X)(G)(NN)(GG)” and add footnote “(NN)” to read as follows: “To expire 6/30/09 unless the Wisconsin Well Women Program Wise Woman Pilot Grant, available from the State of Wisconsin Department of Health Services, is extended.”

Under “Library, Administrative Services Decision Unit”, delete one position of “Administrative Assistant III” and add one position of “Administrative Assistant IV”; under “Neighborhood Library and Extension Services Decision Unit, Extension Services Bureau, Neighborhood Services Division”, delete one position of “Neighborhood Libraries and Community Partnerships Director (X)(Y)” and add one position of “Deputy Library Director - Public Services (X)(Y).”
