This resolution will correct a weed cutting charge placed on the 1996 Tax Roll by cancellation and refund.

BODY:

Whereas, Weed cutting charges were made against this parcel of real estate in 1996; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that proper city officers are authorized and directed to amend the 1996 Tax Roll by issuing a city check in the amount of $70.00 payable to the possessor of the receipted 1996 tax bill for Key Number 194-0505-8 also known as 5330 N. 27th Street, chargeable to Fund Number 01-565-9472-088; and, be it

Further Resolved, That no interest be paid on the delinquent charge in this resolution.
