Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.
Analysis

This ordinance establishes or modifies parking regulations at various locations in the city.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On the south side of West Becher Street from South 36^th Street east to the alley from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday”

Part 2.  Section 115-45-1-b of the Code relating to Selling Articles from Parked Vehicles, Locations Where Selling Prohibited, is amended by adding the following:

On the north and south sides of West Capitol Drive from North 76^th Street west to the City limit, all days of the week, including Sundays and holidays.
