A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the City.


BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On S. 1st Street between East & West Florida and East & West Oregon Streets at any time"

"On the east side of N. 1st Street from a point 135' south of the south curb line of E. Melvina Street to a point 18' south thereof at any time"

"On the east side of N. 2nd Street along the diagonal portion of the roadway north of W. Clybourn Street"

Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the north side of W. Lisbon Avenue from N. Sherman Boulevard to N. 45th Street from 3:30PM to 5:30PM except Saturday and Sunday

On the west side of S. Burrell Street from E. Smith Street to E. Clarence Street from 2:00AM to 6:00AM

Part 3. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the northwesterly side of W. Windlake Avenue from the west curb line of S. 15th Street to a point 125' west thereof"

"On the west side of S. 3rd Street from W. Maple Street to W. Burnham Street between the hours of 7:00AM to 5:00PM"

"On the south side of W. Wright Street from N. 5th Street west to the alley"

"On W. Wells Street from N. 11th Street to N. 12th Street between the hours of 7:00AM to 6:00PM except Sundays and Holidays

Part 4. Section 101-23-4-e of the Code relating to Three Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On N. 34th Street between W. McKinley and W. Juneau Avenues"

Part 5. Section 101-23-6 of the Code relating to Angle Parking is amended by striking the following:
