Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions, determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct and levy special assessments for the following improvements:

2nd Aldermanic District

Alley between W. Congress St., W. Marion St., N. 75th St., N. 76th St. (ST212240108) File Number 240145: Concrete alley pavement reconstruction, replace some abutting walk or driveway approaches, grading, storm drainage facilities, and permeable pavement as necessary. (Assessable Alley Paving Fund - $64,780; Nonassessable Alley Paving Fund -- $150,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $370,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2025 construction season.
