A presentation was made.
Vice-chair Nemec moved approval conditionally, seconded by member Crane. (Prevailed 5-0)
Conditions:
1. Providing additional details on the lighting plan for the site.
2. Removing the metal “alternative” iron enclosure option for the WE Energies equipment (cedar fence is preferred).
3. Identifying additional opportunities for landscaping, particularly along the fence line closest to the Riverwalk.
4. The applicant working with DPW and DCD staff on incorporating DPW comments relating to the Riverwalk Overlay Zone, including but not limited to revising plans to accommodate minimum required clearances to the public sidewalk on St. Paul and Riverwalk connection on the south side of the Foxtown Landing site.
