Analysis
This resolution authorizes the Commissioner of Public Works to execute a Project Agreement with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation for the planning and development of a Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality project. This resolution also directs the City of Milwaukee Comptroller to transfer funds and establish project grant chartfield values for the planning and preliminary engineering for the project. The Project Agreement provides for 80 percent Federal aid and 20 percent local funds. The total estimated cost of the project is $656,000 with a grantor share of $524,800 and a City share of $131,200.
