This ordinance will permit the property to be developed as a church complex and/or permitted residential uses.
BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
 
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
 
Section 295-110(2).0002. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded by a line 1118 feet East and parallel to the East line of North 84th Street; the centerline of the Chicago and Northwestern Railway Company's right-of-way, the centerline of North 84th Street and a line 742 feet South and parallel to the South line of West Mill Road from Industrial (I/D/40) to Single-Family Residence (R/F-2/40).
