A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the City.
BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the south side of W. Rohr Avenue from the west curb line of N. 36th Street to a point 50 feet west thereof from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM on regular school days"
"On the north side of W. Hassel Lane from N. 53rd Street to N. 54th Street"
"On the south side of W. Sheridan Avenue from the east curb line of N. 36th Street to a point 65 feet east thereof at any time"
"On the north side of W. Pittsburgh Avenue from S. 3rd Street east to a point 42 feet west of the north/south alley at any time"
"E. Seeboth Street around the triangle bounded by the east and west roadway of S. 1st Street and the north curb line of E. Seeboth at any time"
"On the north side of W. St. Paul Avenue from N. 4th Street to N. 5th Street from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday"
"On the south side of W. Mount Vernon Avenue from the lot line on N. 41st Street to a point 40 feet west thereof"
Part 2. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On W. Seeboth Street from S. 2nd Street west to the railroad tracks"
"West roadway of S. Oak Park Court from W. Main Street to the east/west roadway of Oak Park Court except Saturday"
"On the south side of W. Scott Street from a point 50 feet east of the east line of S. 35th Street to S. 34th Street"
