This resolution grants a special privilege to Mike Pilarski d/b/a Sullivan's Service, Inc., to install and maintain three flush-mounted groundwater monitoring wells in the public rights-of-way in the vicinity of 3600 West Silver Spring Drive.
Body
Whereas, Mike Pilarski d/b/a Sullivan's Service, Inc., is seeking permission to keep and maintain three monitoring wells in the public rights-of-way in the area of 3600 West Silver Spring Drive; and

Whereas, These three monitoring wells may only legally remain in the public rights-of-way by the granting of a special privilege by the Common Council; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that Mike Pilarski, 3600 West Silver Spring Drive, Milwaukee, WI 53209, is hereby granted the following special privilege:

To keep and maintain three flush-mounted monitoring wells in the vicinity of 3600 West Silver Spring Drive as follows: two wells are located in the right-of-way of North 36th Street, one centered approximately at the north right-of-way line of West Silver Spring Drive and 23 feet east of the westline of North 36th Street and one centered approximately 9 feet north of the northline of West Silver Spring Drive and approximately 11.5 feet east of the westline of North 36th Street and one well is centered approximately 28 feet south of the northline of West Silver Spring Drive and 23 feet west of the westline of North 36th Street.
