Whereas, Common Council Resolution File Number 131798 established a Recycling, Salvage and Metal Scrapping Task Force to review and make recommendations relating to City licensing and regulation of recycling, including junk collection and junk dealing, second-hand vehicle dealing, salvage and wrecking, and metal recycling and scrapping; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that Common Council Resolution File Number 131798, adopted on May 13, 2014, is amended by deleting the second "Further Resolved" clause and inserting in lieu thereof the following:
"Further Resolved, That the task force provide a report to the Common Council of its findings and recommendations on or before December 16, 2014; and, be it"
