Whereas, On July 16, 1996, a vehicle operated by Jose L. Ricon-Garcia struck a Concrete Light Pole with a Traffic Signal located at South Chase Avenue and South 1st Street causing damage to the City's property in the amount of $2,374.93; and
 
Whereas, This invoice is cancelled since the debtor was deceased on March 28, 1997 and left no estate; now, therefore, be it
 
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that DPW, Invoice No. 65680 in the amount of $2,374.93 billed to Jose L. Ricon-Garcia be and the same is hereby cancelled.
