Analysis
This substitute motion approves the recommendations of the Utilities and Licenses Committee for the renewal of the licensed dwelling facility license (rooming house) to Curtis Olinger for the premises at 802 S. 3rd St.
Body
Whereas, The Utilities and Licenses Committee held a hearing on December 10, 2002 relative to the renewal of the licensed dwelling facility license of Curtis Olinger for the premises at 802 S. 3rd St.; and
 
Whereas, Only one neighbor testified related to tenant problems at this address; and
 
Whereas, The Utilities and Licenses Committee approved the renewal on December 10, 2002, voting unanimously (4 ayes, 0 noes) to recommend renewal of said license; now, therefore, be it
 
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the Commissioner of Neighborhood Services is authorized and directed to grant the licensed dwelling facility license for the premises at 802 S. 3rd St. to Curtis Olinger.
