This ordinance changes the eastern boundary of the portion of West Capitol Drive upon which cruising is prohibited from North 35th Street to the Milwaukee River (the city limit). It changes the western boundary from North 51st Boulevard to North 92nd Street.
BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-20.5-1-b-5 of the code is amended to read:
101-20.5. Cruising Prohibited.
1. DEFINITIONS.
b. "Designated area" means:
b-5. All of that portion of West Capitol Drive bounded by [[North 35th Street]] >>the Milwaukee River<< on the east and North [[51st Boulevard]] >>92nd Street<< on the west.
