Title
Substitute ordinance to further amend the 2003 offices and positions in the City Service under control of the Common Council.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 1 of ordinance File Number 020487 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:

Under ”City Attorney's Office”, delete three positions of “Special Deputy City Attorney(A)(Y)” and delete footnote “(A)” in its entirety. Delete one position of “Deputy City Attorney(Y)” and add three positions of “Deputy City Attorney(A)(Y)” and add a new footnote “(A)” to read: “One position of Assistant City Attorney is to be vacant for each position of Deputy City Attorney that is filled.”

Part 2. Section 1 of ordinance File Number 020487 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:

Under “Department of Employee Relations, Administration Division”, delete one position of “Office Assistant II”; under “Certification and Pay Services Division”, add one position of “Program Assistant 1.”

Part 3. Section 1 of ordinance File Number 020487 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:

Under “Health Department, Epidemiology Section, Bioterrorism Grant (Q)”, delete one position of “LIS/QA Technical Specialist (Q)” and add one position of “Laboratory Information Systems Technical Specialist (Q)”; under “Home Environmental Health Division, Fight Asthma Milwaukee Allies Grant(RR)” add the footnote designation “(X)” following the title “Health Project Coordinator(Asthma)(RR)”; Under “Childhood Lead Detection Program(Z)”, delete two positions of “Public Health Aid(X)(Z)” and add two positions of “Health Services Assistant II(X)(Z)”, under the “Lead Hazard Reduction Grant(D)”, delete one position of “Public Health Aide(0.5 FTE)(D)(X)” and add one p...
