The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 1 of ordinance File Number 020487 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:

Under “Department of Administration, Business Operations Division, Emerging Business Enterprise Program”, delete one position of “Emerging Business Enterprise Program Manager(Y)”, one position of “Business Analyst-Senior(Y)” and one position of “Business Analyst-Senior(A)(Y)” and add one position of “Emerging Business Enterprise Manager (Y)”, one position of “Emerging Business Analyst-Senior(Y)” and one position of “Emerging Business Analyst-Senior(A)(Y).”

Part 2. Section 1 of ordinance File Number 020487 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:

Under “Department of City Development, Public Housing Programs Decision Unit, Housing Rehabilitation and Financial Services Section”, delete one position of “Code Enforcement Assistant Supervisor (C) (X)”, one position of “Housing Rehabilitation Coordinator(C)(X)”, two positions of “Housing Rehabilitation Inspector(C)(X)”, one position of “Administrative Specialist Senior(C)(X)” and one position of “Office Assistant III(C).”

Part 3. Section 1 of ordinance File Number 020487 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:

Under “Department of Employee Relations, Administration Division”, delete one position of “Management and Accounting Officer” and add one position of “Business Operations Manager”; under “Operation Division, Outreach/Diversity/Research Section”, delete one position of “Community Relations Specialist-Senior” and one position of “Equal Rights Specialist-Senior” and add two positi...
