Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct nonassessable improvements; and

Whereas, Plans, specifications and cost estimates have been prepared for the following described improvements:

6th Aldermanic District

N. 1st St. - 315’ South of W. Locust St. to W. Locust St. (SM495210103) File Number 211199: Combined sewer relay. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $154,000). The total estimated cost of this project including the requested amount is $166,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2022 construction season.

N. Achilles St. - E. Burleigh St. to E. Concordia Ave. (SM495210089) File Number 211199: Combined sewer relay. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $545,000). The total estimated cost of this project including the requested amount is $560,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2022 construction season.
