Analysis
This resolution confirms the report of the Commissioner of Public Works, as modified by the Common Council Committee, on projects for which Public Hearings have been held. The resolution authorizes the levying of special assessments and directs the installation and construction of said public improvements.

Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions, determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct and levy special assessments for the following improvements:

2nd and 5th Aldermanic Districts

N. 76th St. – W. Appleton Ave. to W. Grantosa Dr. (ST30683701) (2160-00-03) File Number 981692: Asphalt pavement resurfacing, replace all curb and gutter, replace sidewalk and driveway approaches where needed, sodding, and grading. (Assessable State Aid Fund -- $56,300; Nonassessable State Aid Fund -- $169,100; State or Federal Funds -- $1,290,500; State/Federal Grantor Paving Fund -- $227,700) These funds are to be transferred to the construction account ST30683710.

4th Aldermanic District
