Title
A substitute ordinance to further amend the 2023 offices and positions in the City Service.

Analysis
This substitute ordinance changes the offices and positions in the following departments:
Assessor”s Office, Fire Department, Health Department (Clinical Services Division, Community Health Division, Environmental Health Division, Office of the Commissioner and Health Administration), Library, Municipal Court, Police Department, Department of Public Works (Administrative Services Division, Infrastructure Services Division, Operations Division, Sewer Maintenance Fund, Water Works)

Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Part 1, Section 1 of ordinance File Number 220651 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:

Under “Assessor”s Office, Real Property”, add footnote designation (X) to one position of “Assessment Appeals Director”, eleven positions of “Commercial Property Appraiser 3”, and twelve positions of “Residential Property Appraiser 3”.

Under “Health Department, Community Health Division”, delete footnotes “(C)” and “(Q)” in their entirety.

Under “Maternal & Child Health”, add footnote designation “(WIC)” to one position of “Maternal and Child Health Director (J)(X)(Y)”.

Under “Women, Infants & Children”, delete one position of “Health Project Supervisor - WIC (C)(Q)(X) and one position of “Health Project Supervisor - WIC (C)(X)(WIC), add two positions of “Health Project Supervisor - WIC (X)(WIC)”, delete four positions of “Nutritionist (C)(Q)(X)” and one position of “Nutritionist - Bilingual (C)(X)”, add five positions of “Nutritionist (X)(M)(WIC)”, delete one position of “WIC Program Manager (C)(X)(Y)”, add one position of “WIC Program Manager (X)(Y)(WIC)”, delete five positions of “Medical Assistant (C)(Q)(X)”, add three positions of “Medic...
