Body
Whereas, Certified Survey Map No. 7022, a recorded map being a division of Part of Lot 5 of the Plat (Partition) of 31.12 acres and a part of Lot 1, Block 3 of the Subdivision of Lot 4 in the Partition of 31.12 acres in the East 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 18, Town 7 North, Range 22 East, in the City of Milwaukee, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, recorded as Document No. 8156510 on August 24, 2001; and
Whereas, Fred W. Shibilski, Surveyor, has submitted an affidavit containing a correction to surveying data contained in said map pursuant to the provisions of Section 236.295 of the Wisconsin Statutes; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that the Affidavit of Correction for Certified Survey Map No. 7022, a copy of which is attached to this Common Council File as Exhibit A and made a part hereof as though fully set forth herein, is approved.
