Title

A substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Industrial Light, IL1, to Industrial Office, IO1, for the western 50 feet of 1215 West Layton Avenue, located on the south side of West Layton Avenue, east of South 13th Street, in the 13th Aldermanic District.

Analysis

This zoning change was requested by R&F Oil, LLC and will allow the western 50 feet of 1215 West Layton Avenue to be combined with 1233 West Layton Avenue, zoned IO1.

Body

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:

 

Part 1.  That is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:

 

The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for Part of 1215 West Layton Avenue, Tax Key No. 625-9987-110 (to become Lot 1 of CSM DCD #3528), from Industrial Light (IL1) to Industrial Office (IO1).
