BODY:

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the proper city officers be and they hereby are authorized and directed to issue a city check in the total sum of $336.40 payable to Major Stamp Co., Inc., 4629 N. Hopkins St., 53209, to reimburse them for property damage; and, be it

Further Resolved, That the check is to be delivered upon presentation of a proper release, approved by the City Attorney; said amount to be charged to the Water Liability Insurance Fund Account No. 41-641-1-8003.
