Passage of this ordinance will permit the development of additional off-street surface parking for Sinai Samaritan Medical Center.
BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. There is hereby added to the Milwaukee Code a new section to read:

Section 295-810(2)(b).0097.

(1) In accordance with the provisions of Section 295- 810(1) of the Milwaukee Code relating to the establishment of planned development districts, the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee herewith approves the detailed plan for Phase 3 of a planned development known as Sinai Samaritan Medical Center, a copy of which is attached to this File as Exhibit "A" which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk and made a part thereof as though fully set forth herein.

(2) The zoning map is hereby amended so as to change from General Planned Development (GPD) to Detailed Planned Development (DPD), the area bounded and described as follows:

Commencing at the point of intersection of the centerline of West State Street and the centerline of North 14th Street; thence South along the centerline of North 14th Street to the centerline of West Kilbourn Avenue; thence East along the centerline of West Kilbourn Avenue to a point on a southerly extension of the east line of vacated North 13th Street; thence North along the east line of vacated North 13th Street and extensions thereof to the centerline of West State Street; thence West along the centerline of West State S...
