Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct nonassessable improvements; and

Whereas, Plans, specifications and cost estimates have been prepared for the following described improvements:

3rd Aldermanic District

E. Hartford Ave. - N. Oakland Ave. to N. Downer Ave. (ST260260003) Installing protected bike lanes. (Nonassessable Bike Infrastructure Fund -- $80,000). The total estimated cost of this project including the requested amount is $80,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2026 construction season.

4th Aldermanic District

N. Harbor Dr. - E. Summerfest Pl. to E. Menomonee St. (extended) (SM499240032) File Number 250515: Installing stormwater trees. (Nonassessable Water Quality Fund -- $55,000, additional funds). The total estimated cost of this project including the requested amount is $265,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2026 construction season.
