Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions, determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct and levy special assessments for the following improvements:

11th Aldermanic District

W. Arizona St. - S. 53rd St. to S. 55th St. (ST211220231) File Number 220304: Asphalt pavement reconstruction, replace sidewalk and driveway approaches where necessary, sodding (7 - 8 ft width tree border area), and grading. (Assessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $24,300; Nonassessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $210,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $245,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2026 construction season.
