Body
Whereas, The claimant, Pablo S. Galarza, Jr. (C.I. File No. 1048-2020-1645), filed a claim for damages to his home on August 15 or August 16, 2020 against the City of Milwaukee ; and
Whereas, The Judiciary and Legislation Committee on April 5, 2021 heard from the claimant and the department and voted by five (5) ayes and zero (0) noes to pay $3,346.58 toward Mr. Galarza’s claim of $6,693.15; now, therefore be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the proper city officials be and hereby are authorized to issue a check in the amount of $3,346.58, payable to Pablo S. Galarza, Jr., PO Box 13052, Milwaukee WI 53213-0052 in full and final settlement of said appeal, said amount to be charged to the Water Department, Account No. 636506, Fund No. 0410, Organization No. 6411, Program No. 2631, Sub Class No. R643.
