- Analysis -

This resolution authorizes the Commissioner of Public Works to execute an agreement between the City of Milwaukee and the City of Wauwatosa for the operation and maintenance of the pedestrian warning signals at 10000 West Bluemound Road.

BODY:

Whereas, Pedestrian warning signals have been installed at this location to enhance the crossing of West Bluemound Road by residents of the San Camillo complex and the general public at this location; and

Whereas, The operation and maintenance of the pedestrian warning signals is a matter to be shared by the City of Milwaukee and the City of Wauwatosa; and, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the Commissioner of Public Works be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute an agreement between the City of Milwaukee and the City of Wauwatosa for the operation and maintenance of these pedestrian warning signals.
