Title
Substitute ordinance to further amend the 2005 offices and positions in the City Service under control of the Common Council.
Analysis
This substitute ordinance makes positions changes to the following departments:
Department of Administration-Community Block Grant Administration, Department of Administration-Purchasing, City Attorney, Comptroller, Common Council-City Clerk, Department of City Development, Department of Employee Relations, Fire Department, Health Department, Department of Neighborhoods Services, Police Department, Department of Public Works - Administration, Department of Public Works -Infrastructure Services and Department of Public Works-Water Works.

Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 1 of ordinance File Number 040459 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 1, 2005 - December 19, 2004):

Under "Department of Employee Relations, Administration Division, Labor Relations Section", delete one position of "Research Analyst (D)", delete footnote "(D)" in its entirety, and add one position of "Labor Research Analyst"; under "Operations Division", delete one position of "Examinations Supervisor-Fire and Police (Y)" and add one position of "Human Resources Representative."

Under "Fire Department, Supporting Services Decision Unit, Automation Section", delete one position of "Records Management System Assistant" and add one position of "Data Base Specialist."

Under "Health Department, Administration Division, Accounting Section", delete one position of "Administrative Specialist-Senior" and add one position of "Management Accountant-Senior"
