Whereas, The Utilities and Licenses Committee held a hearing on October 1, 2002 relative to the renewal of the licensed dwelling facility license of Israel Nunez Cruz for the premises at 423-25 E. Garfield Ave.; and

Whereas, Israel Nunez Cruz removed David Nunez as a local agent, leaving Antonia Nunez as the sole local agent; and

Whereas, The Police Department does not object to Antonia Nunez as the local agent; and,

Whereas, The Utilities and Licenses Committee approved the renewal on October 1, 2002, voting unanimously (5 ayes, 0 noes) to recommend renewal of said license; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the Commissioner of Neighborhood Services is authorized and directed to grant the licensed dwelling facility license for the premises at 423-25 E. Garfield Ave. to Israel Nunez Cruz.
