Whereas, The Midtown Neighborhood Association was awarded $160,466 of Large Impact Development funds for the LID City Depot Project in File Number 991762 adopted on March 21, 2000, and

Whereas, The Midtown Neighborhood Association due to unforeseen circumstance has proposed a change from the original activity and developer of the Large Impact Development (LID) to Roberts Roofing and Siding; now therefore, be it

Resolved, That the Community Development Committee on July 31, 2001 has approved the change of the LID activity and developer as indicated in Attachment A.
