A substitute ordinance relating to traffic controls in various Aldermanic Districts.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned traffic requirements in various parts

of the City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-10-2 of the Code relating to No Right Turn on Red Signal is amended by striking the following:

“West Michigan Street at North 8^th Street to Freeway eastbound”

Part 2.  Section 101-11-1 of the Code relating to No Left Turns is amended by adding the following:

On South Layton Boulevard at the first median opening south of West National Avenue southbound

Part 3.  Section 101-12-2 of the Code relating to No U Turns is amended by striking the following:

“In the median opening on West Michigan Street between North 8^th Street and North 9^th Street westbound”

Part 4.  Section 101-16-1 of the Code relating to Stop Signs is amended by striking the following:

“On West Courtland Avenue at North 79^th Street”

Part 5.  Section 101-16-1 of the Code relating to Stop Signs is amended by adding the following:

On West Courtland Avenue and North 79^th Street in all directions
