This resolution authorizes engineering studies on projects which by City Charter are nonassessable. After design plans and estimates of costs have been prepared, a resolution authorizing construction will be submitted to the Common Council.

BODY:

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that it is necessary and in the public interest to do the following described improvements according to City specifications:

2nd Aldermanic District

N. 70th St. - W. Center St. to W. Lisbon Ave. (859-0683-6): Relaying sanitary sewer.

3rd Aldermanic District

E. Irving Pl. - N. Oakland Ave. to N. Prospect Ave. (859-0688-3): Relaying combined sewer.

6th Aldermanic District

E. Brown St. - N. Palmer St. to N. Hubbard St. (859-0684-1): Relaying combined sewer.

8th Aldermanic District

W. Arthur Ave. - S. 10th St. to S. 11th St. (859-0686-2): Relaying combined sewer.

S. 10th St. - W. Arthur Ave. to W. Harrison Ave. (859-0685-7): Relaying combined sewer.

16th Aldermanic District

N. 44th St. - 900 ft. m/l south of W. Blue Mound Rd. to W. Blue Mound Rd. (859-0687-8): Relaying storm sewer.

Further Resolved, That all City Departments are authorized to perform engineering, surveys, plan preparation, and determine an estimated cost thereof.
