Whereas, The claimants, St. Hyacinth Church & The Archdiocese of Milwaukee, has filed a claim against the City of Milwaukee in the amount of $11,513.33; and
Whereas, The City has agreed to pay the claim in the amount of $11,513.33; and
Whereas, The City Attorney recommends and the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee deems it expeditious and just to pay this claim; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that the proper City officers be and hereby are authorized and directed to issue a City check in the amount of $11,513.33, payable to the order of St. Hyacinth Church & The Archdiocese of Milwaukee, in full and final payment of this claim, upon receipt of a release of claims, approved as to form and execution by the City Attorney; said amount to be charged to the Damages and Claims Account No. 636506 - Fund No. 0001 - Organization 1490 - Program 2631 - Sub Class S118.
