This ordinance adds the city clerk as the 14th member of the information policy committee.
BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 320-31-1-a-0 and a-1 of the code is amended to read:
320-31. Information Policy Committee.
1.COMPOSITION. a. There is created an information policy committee consisting of [[13]] >>14<< members:
a.1.The mayor, the chief of police, the city comptroller, the city treasurer, >>city clerk,<< the commissioner of public works, the commissioner of city development, the commissioner of health, the director of the department of administration and the city librarian, or their respective deputies.
