A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the

City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the east side of North Cramer Street from East Newport Avenue to East Hartford Avenue from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Except Saturday and Sunday"

"On the west side of North Cramer Street from East Hampshire Street to East Hartford Avenue from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM Except Saturday and Sunday"

Part 2.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the east side of North Cramer Street from East Hartford Avenue to East Newport Avenue from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Except Saturday, Sunday and Holidays

On the west side of North Cramer Street from East Hampshire Street to East Hartford Avenue from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM Except Saturday, Sunday and Holidays

Part 3.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the north side of West Bender Court from North 60^th Street to a point 220 feet east"

"On the east side of South 35^th Street from West Forest Home Avenue to West Montana Street from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Monday through Friday"

Part 4.  Section 101-27-9 of the Code relating to Night Parking Exceptions is amended by adding the following:

On East National Avenue from South 1^st Street to South Water Street
