Whereas, Tara Vista Estates, a recorded subdivision map being a part of Parcel 3 of Certified Survey Map No. 3272, all of Parcel 2 of Certified Survey Map No. 4919, all of Parcel 2 and Parcel 3 of Certified Survey Map No. 3962, all of Parcel 2 of Certified Survey Map No. 5339, all of Parcel 2 of Certified Survey Map No. 3294, part of Parcel 3 and all of Outlot A of Certified Survey Map No. 5713, and Lands all being part of the Northwest 1/4 and the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 7, Township 8 North, Range 21 East, in the City of Milwaukee, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, was recorded as Document No. 9182540 on October 18, 2005; and
Whereas, Burt J. Naumann, a Wisconsin Land Surveyor, submitted an affidavit correcting property ownership data contained in said map pursuant to the provisions of Section 236.295, Wisconsin Statutes; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the Affidavit of Correction, a copy of which is attached to this Common Council File and made a part hereof as though fully set forth herein, is approved.
