Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the west side of South Nevada Street from East Howard Avenue to a point 110 feet south from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM
Part 2. Section 101-23-4-c of the Code relating to One-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On the west side of North Broadway from a point 170 feet north of East Wells Street to East Wells Street from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday”
Part 3. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the west side of North Broadway from East Wells Street to East Kilbourn Avenue from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday
On the north side of West Greenfield Avenue from South Cesar E. Chavez Drive to South 17th Street from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM Except Sunday”
Part 4. Section 101-23-4-e of the Code relating to Three-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:
On East Clybourn Street from North Lincoln Memorial Drive to a point 500 feet east from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
On North Harbor Drive from North Lincoln Memorial Drive to East Clybourn Street from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
On West St. Paul Avenue from North 15th Street to North 17th Street from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM Except Saturday and Sunday
Part 5. Section 101-23-6 of the Code relating to Angle Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On the west side of North Broadway from East Kilbourn Avenue to East Wells Street”
Part 6. Section 101-23-10-a of the Code relating to No Parking During Winter Months is amended by striking the following:
“On the south side of East Texas Avenue from East Oklahoma Avenue to South Superior Street”
