Whereas, A resolution authorizing funding for the cost participation for the development of a citywide Safe Routes to School policy plan was approved under Common Council File Number 151635; and
Whereas, Previous funding had been set up for the Wisconsin Department of Transportation to administer the project using Grantor Non-Reimbursable funds; and
Whereas; The City of Milwaukee will now be administering the contract using Grantor Reimbursable funds; now, therefore be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the City Comptroller is hereby authorized to transfer fund to the project grant chart field as follows:
