BODY:
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the proper city officers be and they hereby are authorized and directed to issue a city check in the total sum of $3,209.25 payable to Attorney Kenneth J. Murray of Murray & Cross, 845 North 11th Street, 53233, to reimburse him for legal fees for defense of the following Police Officers and Police Department Employee:
Julie Horter, Ripton Stewart and Detective Michael Braunreiter $3,064.25
John Belsha and Artemio Rodriguez 145.00
TOTAL $3,209.25

Further Resolved, That the check is to be delivered upon presentation of a proper release, approved by the City Attorney; said amount to be charged to the Damages and Claims Account No. 0001, Organization - 1490, Program - 263, Sub Class S118.
