Analysis
This resolution authorizes engineering studies on projects which by City Charter are nonassessable. After design plans and estimates of costs have been prepared, a resolution authorizing construction will be submitted to the Common Council.

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that it is necessary and in the public interest to do the following described improvements according to City specifications:

5th Aldermanic District

N. 78th St. – W. Nash St. to W. Vienna Ave. (WT410021050): Relaying water main. (Nonassessable Water Fund -- $5,000)

N. 81st St. – W. Keefe Ave. to W. Nash St. (WT410021051): Relaying water main. (Nonassessable Water Fund -- $5,000)

W. Nash St. – N. 81st St. to N. 82nd St. (WT410021052): Relaying water main. (Nonassessable Water Fund -- $5,000)

6th Aldermanic District

N. 37th St. – W. Melvina St. to W. Roosevelt Dr. (SM495020134): Relaying sanitary sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $5,400)
